SAP E2E LEARNER EXPERIENCE COACH

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic SAP Learner Experience Coach to join our team. This unique role combines the responsibilities of a Learner Experience Coach and a Community Coordinator, focused on enhancing the global community and educational journey of SAP E2E learners. 

Your expertise in SAP will be crucial in guiding learners through their scholarship's final phase. Additionally, you'll foster community, innovate and develop new learner support strategies. These could be job shadowing or mentoring programs, with the support of SAP and in partnership with Umuzi, The African Coding Network, UNICEF’s Generation Unlimited and many other global partners. This remote position offers a chance to impact our diverse learning community significantly.

Key Responsibilities

Community Coordinator:

  • Support community communication and internal information flow among learners, staff, and partners.

  • Create an environment where learners network with one another, share knowledge, and gain a sense of community within the E2E program.

  • Maintain an active and valuable online presence on Whatsapp and other community platforms - keeping our learners and E2E stakeholders up to date with happenings within the SAP E2E program.

  • Highlight and maintain a repository of program success stories to document and share program excellence. 

  • Run connection sessions between learners, staff and other E2E stakeholders.  

  • Develop and implement improvements to existing learner recruitment processes to attract talented learners for the E2E program. 

Learner Support:

  • Build individual relationships with learners, coaching them on professional skills and overcoming educational blockers.

  • Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.

  • Assist learners in understanding SAP content, corporate policies, and programs available to them.

  • Develop new learner support structures with SAP and internal stakeholders.

Program Delivery Support:

  • Oversee SAP E2E learner onboarding, program rollout, and communication with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage project delivery plans, ensuring a seamless end-to-end program delivery process for learners.

  • Ensure educational activities are well-structured, follow a defined process, and that learners have the necessary resources and support to learn effectively.

  • Must hold at least one SAP certification

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

  • Passionate about community.

  • Personable and Diplomatic

  • You're open to creatively designing new learner support systems to enhance the educational experience.

  • You have entrepreneurial aspects and are ready to innovate in E2E initiatives alongside SAP, Umuzi, and The African Coding Network.

  • Able to align learner support with SAP’s CSR goals, adept in long-term strategic planning.

  • Experienced in managing evolving programs, you focus on learner experience and continuous improvement.

  • Your work is impact-oriented and focused on measurable outcomes in education and community support.

  • You’re hungry to learn, grow, and work across different cultures.

    Detail your ideas for creating a mentorship program for the E2E learners who did not make it into the final hiring stage. The learners did receive SAP training but were not selected for employment opportunities. 

    The brief for the program should be concise, fit into a single page and contain the following sections:  Overview, Implementation Plan, Considerations and Risks, and Outcomes. 

  3. Sample Learner Advice

    Document the advice you would give a learner after they receive the news that they did not make it into the final hiring phase. This should not exceed 200-250 words.
