The Challenge

Young people hold the answers, but barriers remain

Across the globe, youth have the potential to solve some of today’s greatest challenges. Yet structural barriers still limit access to education, employment, and opportunity.

Marginalised youth are still locked out

Millions of young people, especially women, displaced communities, and those facing poverty, are shut out of education and work. Even entry-level jobs remain out of reach without networks, guidance, and future-ready skills.

A rapidly changing labour market

Automation, AI, and climate change are reshaping industries, leaving vulnerable communities in the Global South facing instability, displacement, and unclear paths to new jobs.

Learning isn’t always earning

The internet is full of courses, but not all learning creates opportunity. Without structure, mentorship, or support, young people often remain stuck despite new skills.

We believe meaningful change is built through deep engagement, real relationships, and agile, tech-enabled learning. Through our integrated Labs, we support learners from their first module to their first paycheck and beyond. Our model nurtures confidence and community, supporting learners to become leaders, ready to grow, give back, and thrive in the world of work.

Our learning journeys are co-created with employers to meet real job market demand. Each program addresses workforce gaps, and our placement support helps learners move smoothly from learning to earning.
