Matope is making Umuzi better. They are our human-centred architecture & product design team. We believe in putting the user at the centre of everything we do, and our Matope team of staff and recruits, work with the rest of Umuzi, and our community, to build an environment that benefits us all. We’re big on community, sourcing local materials and collaborating with skilled artisans from our neighbourhood.
We offer a housing programme that supports the accommodation needs for our recruits from out of town and those who prefer to stay nearby. Our operations team supports our community with their financial, emotional and operational wellbeing.
