Our Skills Development team are ready to structure and administer programme specifically for your needs.
We select only the top 1% of applicants for our learnership. Candidates complete online aptitude, personality, and technical skills tests particular to their chosen career track. From this, we select the most promising candidates for interviews and finally an in-person bootcamp to assess them on-the-job.
Umuzi recruits are work-ready. They spend a year at Umuzi learning on-the-job in product teams. We use Agile and Design Thinking to solve real problems. We also offer Design Thinking as a service to our client partners.
