YES Internships working on real tech solutions
TIH lacked the internal management capacity to onboard junior employees but acknowledged the need to invest in a talent pipeline of 4IR ready employees. Umuzi facilitated TIH’s YES internship programme to select and up-skill junior tech professionals who trained at Umuzi in product teams, building real tech solutions. This ensured they were ready to hit the ground running when they joined TIH.
